A NYC-based artist, designer and educator, Frances works in digital, print and experiential media.
She received an MFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in 2012 and a BA from Hampshire College in 2003. She is interested in value systems, critical pedagogies, and crossovers between teaching, learning, and design practice.
She has worked as a designer and art director at Interbrand NY and experiential agency Sub Rosa, and has been a guest lecturer and critic at Princeton University and MICA. She currently freelances at The New School and teaches design in Pratt's MFA Communications Design program.
