A NYC-based designer, artist and educator, Frances works in digital, print and experiential media, and is interested in value systems, feminist & critical pedagogies, and crossovers between teaching, learning, and design practice.
She currently runs a freelance interaction and brand design practice in NYC, working with cultural, commercial and educational institutions. She received an MFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute and a BA from Hampshire College, has been a guest lecturer and critic at Princeton University, MICA and RISD, and currently teaches design and research courses in Pratt's MFA Communications Design program.
